Thank you for the cards. They are beautiful. We like the one's with Santa Claus and the snowman. The drawings are great! We like the New Year's Trees. In France, there isn't a New Years Tree, but a Christmas Tree. We don't have Snow Maiden, and the sleigh is pulled by reindeer. We don't celebrate Christmas at the same moment as you. In France we celebrate Christmas on December 24th and 25th. We hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! From, Ameline and Florine
Just wanted to thank you all for all your wonderful comments on our Blog. I encourage the students every lesson to get on the Blog and to write and comment on your Blogs...sometimes in class we also work on the blog. Would like you to know that the students love the comments you leave...even if they don't write back, they do read them and are thrilled to know that people so far away are interested in them and what they do.
We hope you have a wonderful holiday, Jennifer and the students from MyVoice in France
My name is Larissa Ilina. I live in Russia and teach English in a Secondary school. The students in our school are involved into different activities. English is their second language. To make the process of learning English more effective the students participate in "iEARN", Science Across the World" and "ePals" projects. It is motivating, exciting and rewarding for the students and myself.
With the help of this Blog we would like to share our traditions, to develop language skills and to know more about the life in other countries.
